• Women’s Scoring System

  Meet Authority Productions uses Proscore as our scoring system. We will set up at minimum of 4 red LED scoreboards for you coaches, athletes and parents view in live time. MAP will also provide 8 keypads/ IPads for the use of judges. If you will need more keypads/ Ipads we will be more than happy to provide for an additional cost (ex. 4 Judge Panel)
• Men’s Scoring System

MAP will also provide 8 keypads/ IPads for the use of judges. If you will need more keypads/ Ipads we will be more than happy to provide for an additional cost.
• LiveScore- Coaches Monitors

  Realtime leader board for your coaches to view, usually either a computer monitors or television screen.
• Live Score- Web Publishing

  Register meet with Meet Scores Online and MY USAG meet scores and publish in Realtime.
• Women’s Sound System

  MAP will provide floor speakers for floor music and will provide a device for compulsory music. MAP DOES NOT provide a music payer. MAP also provides sound for competition announcing.
• Background Sound Only

  Men’s Meet only.
• Competition Announcing

  MAP will provide all announcing before, during and at the conclusion of every session. MAP will NOT announce any “shoutout” type of announcements.
• Sanction Administrator

  Advise the meet director w/ regard to all applicable USA Rules and Policies concerning set up, scheduling, and execution of the meet. MAP will compile and submit all sanction paperwork to USAG at the conclusion of the meet and close the sanction. MAP will also verify all professional and athlete member eligibility not registered through USAG at the entry deadline. While registration is open MAP will keep client up to date with estimated number of sessions and advise closing any particular levels or closing the meet early.
• Competition Set Up

  MAP will communicate directly with gyms if the need arises (ex. Making sure gyms will have a coach available if 2 sessions will be going on at the same time)

• Electronic Entry USAG/ Meetmaker

  MAP will be listed as a sanction administrator and will compile all information directly from USAG for develop a schedule. MAP will also keep all changes up to date once the entry deadline as passed. 

• Paper/ PDF/ Other

  MAP will manually enter any teams who submitted a paper entry. It will be the client’s responsibility to provide MAP with this information.

• PTF

  Client will provide MAP with a completed ProScore Transfer File at least 3 business days prior to the meet technician leaving for the meet. Cost is dependent upon the completion of the file.

• Awards Sound

  MAP will set up at least one speaker and microphone in the awards area.

• Awards Announcing

  MAP will announce the athletes during the awards ceremony. An additional technician may be required for this service*

• Additional Technician

  MAP will provide at minimum of 1 meet technician per meet who will be required to remain at the meet the from set up to tear down. An additional technician may not be available dependent upon Meet Authority’s calendar. The cost is $150/ day plus all lodging and travel expenses.

  Sanction Fee- USAG Sanction reservation.

• Gymnastics Equipment Freight

  Freight is charged by the mile from trailer site (Clarksville, TN) to meet location roundtrip. Please remember this is a full-size semi-trailer and they may not be able to always take the fastest/ shortest route.

• Sound/ Scoring Freight Charge

  Freight is charged by the mile from trailer site (Clarksville, TN) to meet location roundtrip.

• Penske Freight/ Rental

  Penske rental is only necessary with additional equipment is needed. Freight is charged by the mile from trailer site (Clarksville, TN) to meet location roundtrip. Rental will be charged one day prior to departure and up to two days after the conclusion of the meet (dependent upon meet location)

MISC

• Sound/ Scoring Consumables

  Consumable products used during set up, during and at the conclusion of the meet.
• Gymnastics Equipment Consumables

  Consumable products used during set up, during and at the conclusion of the meet.
• Hotels

  MAP will book meet technician and truck drivers hotel rooms and will be added to your intermediate invoice.
• Meals

  Meals are included ONLY for travel days. Meet Technician will be required hospitality services or per diem will be charged.
